What does Synchronous and Asynchronous mean? Synchronous-Work that you do during zoom/teams meeting with the teacher or your other classmates Ex: Mini lessons, group work, shared writing, reading out loud, etc. Asynchronous Work you will do on your own without a teachers help (unless you sign on before or after our class for office hours!) Virtual Class Expectations Before you join any virtual class, the following must be done in order to be permitted into class. Your correct first and last name for attendance records, therefore, you cannot rename yourself. Any names that are not on the class roster will NOT be permitted into class. TRANSITION TO COLLEGE MATH (TCM) Class norms: Respectful, Responsible, Try your Best Combines a Curriculum of Business and Finance Math It is designed to help ensure career and college readiness for students. Through investigations of real-life contexts and problems, students develop a rich understanding of important mathematics that makes sense to them. While the District is in Remote Learning, all special education services will be delivered remotely and through teletherapy services.
