What if a team does not have a Libero? No tracking will take place for that team Note- A different libero can be designated for each set, but the designation must be made on the lineup sheet when it is submitted to the official scorer before the set. During a time out the Libero Tracker is to inform the R2 if the libero is ‘on’ of ‘off’ the court for each team when the time-out was requested.
