1. February Meeting Recap Annotated bibliography will be an internal living working document and tool to help the working group drive decisionmaking, rather than an end-product Working group product will be an ACL Data Governance Primer that is informed by the Department of Transportation (DOT) Data Governance Primer and by the resources listed in the annotated bibliography

2.Discussion of Updated Annotated Bibliography Overview of resources Discussion – Do we want to make it available to ACL staff? – How may we use it to inform new tasks or the focus for the second year of the Council?

Promote appropriate data usage throughout FHWA. Provide staff the means to determine the extent and availability of FHWA data. Increase opportunities for data sharing.
