Procurement Services explores best solutions for Chicago’s diverse needs. We improve our contracts by using City of Chicago certified firms and green procurement initiatives. We generate revenue through our auctions that promote reuse and recycling. All this is done by complying with various legislative parameters that guide the department. We pledge to work together as a team and with our customers to guarantee an open, fair, and timely process by establishing, communicating, and enforcing superior business practices.

The City of Chicago website has recently undergone a refresh for each department. Now that new design has been put in place, additional changes will continue to streamline look and feel. DPS has worked on modifying existing Department pages to use and fully take advantage of the features provided by the new design.
