Observations and Conclusions Some startup problems RMA’ed early microphone discs Misc. software issues quickly resolved Software updates may require erasing configs Legacy Polycom systems less “automatic” High definition calls are impressive No experience yet with non-LifeSize HD units

Conclusions (Cont’d) Two 52" displays good for VC, a bit small for spreadsheets, etc. Support has been responsive & effective First line from GBH LifeSize engineers very good Overall, very satisfied End-users placing calls, enjoying benefits Fort Collins added 1 unit, Pueblo added 3
