She currently serves on the National Organic Standards Board where she chairs a Handling Subcommittee. Kim brings over 30 years of expertise in organic and nonGMO compliance and standards, supply chain quality assurance, organization design and human resource development. Kim is the Vice-President of the Organic Trade Association’s Board of Directors and has served on the National Organic Standards Board, California’s Organic Products Advisory Committee and is a founding member of the Organic Materials Review Institute and Materials Working Group. A former organic inspector, Tracy brings over 25 years of experience in natural resource management, first as an environmental engineer followed by various positions in sustainable agriculture. She has served on the National Organic Standards Board for four years concluding as its chair in 2016.
